Isola Rossa is a very attractive resort set against a red sandstone canvas. The main town area is popular with a nice beach and attractive port area with boat trips, restaurants and bars. There is a larger beach area just along the coast.

The drive between Isola Rossa and Badesi takes you inland through attractive verdant countryside. Badesi town is elevated on a hill away from the coast about 1.5km (buses in main season) from its long beach that extends in both directions from the access road.
