Ponte Vecchio is one of the best places to get your orientation. On the south side of the river towards the estuary lie original tanneries whilst just to its north is the main historic centre and the cathedral. Bosa has main attractive piazzas and streets flanked by the characteristic 4 and 5 storey historic buildings.

The climb to the castle is steep but worth it (best if you are driving to head up the hill and park on one of the higher roads) for the views. The castle's position, if not its current condition, highlight its' importance. The small chapel inside is certainly worth a visit to see the frescoes from the time of the crusades.

Bosa Marina has an interesting defence tower overlooking the beach and resort area. Inland you can find murals painted on house walls depicting traditional rural and town life.
